RULES TO STORE BY on the Premises
DO NOT LITTER.
DO NOT LOITER.
DO NOT TAILGATE through the gate. Always use code to enter and exit.
DO NOT STORE any of the following: Food, Alcohol, Contraband, Illegal drugs, Explosives or Ammunition, Hazardous or Flammable items (e.g. gas, paint, see list on website, etc.), Live Animals, Toxic Materials, Stolen and Illegal goods, Odor Producing Materials, Wet or Damp Items.
DO NOT sleep in your unit or on the Premises.
DO NOT SMOKE Anything.
ALWAYS lock your unit when it is unattended, even for a moment. Units without locks will have a lock installed and incur a $40 locking fee.
DO NOTIFY us if anything is or seems to be wrong.
DO NOT use your unit as a Nuisance, Annoyance, Inconvenience or
Danger to anyone.
DO NOT double lock your unit.
LOCK REMOVAL by any means other than key or combination must be
done under the supervision of facility management.
Bolt cutters are not allowed on the premises!
WHEN VACATING YOUR UNIT: Notify the manager prior to moving out and do so at least 14 days prior to the next rent due date. Leave unit clean and suggest any needed repairs. Remember to take your padlock.
