5x10, 10x10, 10x15 and 10x20

5’ x 10’

5 wide x 10 long is 50 sq.ft., 400 cu.ft.

5x10 is about the size of a large shed.

5x10 fits the furnishings of a dorm or a mid-sized bedroom, including a queen size bed, dresser, TV and several small to medium size boxes. For a better fit, it helps to stack these items.

5x10 storage units can generally fit household or business items from one room, Such as some of these items: 20+ large moving boxes, 2 large furniture pieces, small office equipment, twin or queen mattresses, home or office appliances, a medium three- seater couch, garden tools and equipment, bicycles, sports gear, seasonal items or decorations, Vacuum cleaners, Fans, window air conditioners, etc.. Business inventory, paper documents, luggage, business or personal records,

10’ x 10’

10 feet wide x10 long is 100 sq.ft., 800 cu.ft.

10x10 is about the size an average small bedroom or half of a one-car garage.

10x10 fits the contents of two full bedrooms or a family room or the items from up to three rooms, plus several small to medium-sized boxes. For a better fit, it helps to stack these items. 10x10 storage units can fit what’s in a 5x10 plus more.

10x10 generally fits a few large appliances, pieces of large furniture, plus mattress sets, desks, dressers, couches, dining room sets and multiple boxes.

If storing only medium-sized boxes of 20”x20”, you could store approximately 100.

10x10 storage units can generally fit some of these household or business items: Rugs, Large pianos, Small and Large Tables, Bookcases, Cabinets, Shelving, Entertainment centers, Recliners, Kitchen appliances, High chairs, Dishware, Jet skis, Motorcycles, Canoes, Holiday decorations, Sports gear, Tailgating gear, Patio furniture, etc.

10 feet wide x 15 long is 150 sq.ft., 1,200 cu.ft.

10x15 is about two-thirds of a standard one-car garage.

10x15 fits the contents of a two-bedroom home, with up to four rooms with bulky furniture and appliances. For a better fit, it helps to stack these items. 10x15 storage units can fit what’s in a 10x10 plus more. If storing only medium-sized boxes of 20”x20”,

you could store approximately 150.

A 10x20 storage unit is about the size of a standard one-car garage.

A 10x20 fits the contents a three-bedroom home which has about five rooms of space.

10x15 storage units can fit what’s in a 10x10 plus more. You could store about 200 medium-sized boxes of 20”x20”, or about 80 large moving boxes. For a better fit, it helps to stack these items.
